Return Period
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for items that are used, damaged by the customer, or not in their original condition.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order. After that, the order may already be processed or shipped.
